Domestic violence is often a silent issue. With the rise of COVID-19, survivors are struggling at an even greater rate. This week we caught up with Kelly Becker, Development Director of LifeWire, to learn more about their mission to end domestic violence, how COVID-19 has affected their efforts, and how the community can help.
A large part of what drives the culture at Sweeney Conrad is our passion for community involvement. For the past 36 years, we've been committed to doing what we can to enrich the area where we live, work, and play. It’s part of our commitment to “people first”—our employees, our clients, and our community are the foundation of our firm and everything we do.
One of our values at Sweeney Conrad is “passion,” and one of the things we’re most passionate about is serving our Puget Sound community. To meet this goal, we partnered with Hopelink in late 2015. Hopelink offers a wide variety of opportunities to not just donate money, but time. Sweeney Conrad employees love to jump in and get involved with a cause, which is much more personal and rewarding.
