**by Emily Taibl**  It is with great excitement and honor that we announce that Sweeney Conrad has been named **2016 Best Accounting Firm to Work For** by Accounting Today!

Sweeney Conrad ranks #1 in the mid-sized category, which includes firms of  50-249 employees. The rankings were determined based on HR policies and employee-friendly practices, as well as an anonymous employee survey.

We are honored to receive this award, and recognize that we couldn't have done it without our amazing team of people!
