By Emily Taibl | Jul 28, 2017 [![white arrow](https://blog.sweeneyconrad.com/hubfs/raw_assets/public/SweeneyConrad_August2022/images/arrow-left-white.png)](https://blog.sweeneyconrad.com) INSIGHTS/BLOG On Thursday, July 20th, Sweeney Conrad hosted our first summer leadership program- SC Summer Summit.  27 students joined our ranks for the day, getting a look at a day in the life of an accountant, meeting the Sweeney Conrad staff, and hopefully, having a little bit of fun! The day started off with a breakfast where we enjoyed getting know one another- and getting the MUCH NEEDED coffee jolt.  Next students were introduced to Sweeney Conrad by our Managing Shareholder, John Forrest.  Following John, our Audit Manager, Jason Meersman, shared his thoughts on creativity in the workplace and finding your "why?"
